Ben's p.o.v
"Come on Ben," the man pushed the barred gates open. " I bet I could do something with this place." Doug was so nice... I smile. I look around the amusement park. "Wow..." I stared in amazement. "This place got shut down right before the apocalypse." Doug shut the gates. "It looks nice." I begin to walk slowly. "We need to make sure walkers aren't here." Doug walked past me. I frown, "I hope there's not." I walk slowly behind him. There was so much stuff here. "Y-you think that you could get this stuff working?" I continued to look at the rides and games. Doug looked around. "I don't know but I'm gonna try " the man smiled at me. I look over at the roller coaster. "I'm gonna climb up there to see if I see anything." I said as I pointed to the top of the coaster. Doug frowned, "uh... Th-" before Doug could finish I had already began climbing. "Ben! Wait... You're gonna fall." Doug looked up from the ground at me. I looked down from the top of the coaster. "I'll be fine" I shouted down. Doug shook his head and climbed up with me. "Come on Ben let's get down." Doug stared at me. I shook my head. "It's beautiful up here." I smiled at Doug. He only stared at me. "Ok ok we can go..." As I began to try and climb down my foot slipped...I fell. I fell back and hit my head and everything was dark. I felt my body go limp and I was numb...
Doug's p.o.v
I grab the lifeless like boy's hand. He dangled off the tracks of the ride. I held onto the bars of the track to keep myself from falling. "Ben! Ben! Wake up!" The boy had hit his head pretty hard. Tears began to form in my eyes. I was barley able to keep hold on the boy. I made sure not to drop him though. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I did. "Ben!" I continued to shout at the unconscious boy, in hopes he would hear me and wake up. Ben's eyes began to open slowly. "uh...huh? D-Doug! Oh god don't drop me! Please Doug!" The boy begged. I didn't have plans on dropping him. "Ben I'm not going to drop you but you gotta pull your self up." Ben took his other hand and reached up and grabbed the railing of the ride tracks. I pulled on his arm while he pulled up onto the tracks. He sat beside me. "Ben... A-are you ok?..." Ben stared down. "M-my nose is bleeding..." I frown, "oh... Is it because you hit your head or do you just do that?" I ask. Ben looks at me... "I've never had a nosebleed before... " the boy frowned. "Oh Ben... We need to get down... There's probably and medical place around here." I began to climb down along with Ben. We stood back on the path. "Ok ok uh here. Fist aid." I pointed on the park map. Ben looked over my shoulder. "His nose was bleeding bad, his eyes were weak.  "Come on."
Ben's p.o.v
Doug grabbed my wrist. He began running toward the first aid place. I followed behind. "D-Doug! S-slow d....down...." Doug stopped causing me to run into him. "You ok?" The man asked. I nod, "yeah...just dizzy." Doug frowned. We were at the first aid place. Doug got out a first aid kit. He placed and bandage over my nose, "ok, now hold that there until it stops bleeding." I nod slowly. Doug placed his hand on the back of my head. He pulled away with blood covering his hand. "B-...." Doug looked at me. I looked down at his hand. "Oh god.... D-Doug! Do something!" I looked up in fear at Doug. "Shoo it's ok... We'll bandage you." Doug began bandaging my head. I looked up at Doug. He looks down at me. "There... You'll be ok..." He smiled. "Yeah... Thanks."i smile. "So you wanna go see if we can get something working?" Doug questioned. I laugh "yeah let's go." I walk out the doors and back to one of the rides. "You wanna try this one first?" Doug walked up beside me and asked. "Sure." I smile. Doug walked into a small room where the controls were. I watched him fiddle with a bunch of stuff I didn't know. "Alright let's see what that did." Doug pushed the starter button. The ride started up and began moving. "Whoa!" I watched the roller coaster go everywhere. "Can we ride it now?" I look over at Doug. The roller coaster cart came to a stop I front of us at the loading area. Doug smiled, "I guess... It seems safe enough." I smile. "Come on." Doug grabbed my hand and ran over to the coaster cart. We sat at the front. Doug had a small rock in his hand. He aimed and threw the rock at the starter button. The ride started up and began moving. "This is gonna be fun!" I shout. Doug looks over at me. The coaster was fast now, going around and up side down. "Whoooo! Ha ha! Doug this is awesome!" I looked over at Doug and he was smiling. The ride came to a stop. I smile and got out, "What can we do next?" Doug gets out with me. "I don't know what ever I guess." Doug shrugged with a smile. I began walking through the park. We rode almost everything, except for the rides that were really broken. It was getting late now. I sat down on a bench, because I was tired by this time. Doug smiled down at me. "What?" I giggled. He looked at me,"stay here. I'll be right back." He ran out of my site. I didn't know where to either. I sat there wondering. I look around me. A sound rung through the park. Colors blasted in the sky. "Fireworks?" I looked up in question. It was fireworks but where were they coming from? Doug came back smiling. "Do you like fireworks?" He giggled and I smile. "Yes!" I grabbed his wrist and make him sit down next to me. We sat there and watched. "Doug this is amazing!" I continued to stare at the colors. They finally stopped after a while. "That was cool." I smile over at Doug. He was blushing. I giggled. It was dark now but there were many lights here in the park. We was sitting under one now. I could hear music from somewhere. It was sweet music. Doug stood up in front of me. He grabbed both of my wrist and made me stand up. He looked me straight in the eyes. "Ben .... I-" it began to rain. I didn't care. There was something bothering Doug. "W-what is it?" I ask. He looked down then back at me. He grabbed one of my hands and placed his other hand on my side. I place my hand on his shoulder. "D-Doug...." I blushed. We danced and it was amazing. After a while we stopped. He let go of me. He held onto his arm and looked away from me. We were both soaked by the rain by this time. Water dripped off his hair and to the ground. "D-Doug? Are... You ok?" I grabbed his hand. He looked at me. I didn't know what to do.
Doug's p.o.v
I was so close to him.... I could do it... But I was scared. I stared at the boy. He was concerned. I finally just did it. I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed his lips. He placed his arms around me. He was kissing me back... Did he like me?... I pulled away slowly. I looked at the boy. He smiled, "so... You like me....?" He asked. I stared at him a nodded. The rain slowly stopped. "I'm sorry...." I looked down. Ben placed his hand on my hip. "Don't be." I look up at him. He was smiling... So I smiled. "I like you too..." Ben looked at me and blushed. "Come on." I told the boy. He followed me without question. There was a stand in dryer near the water rides. I walked into it and turned it on. It felt nice. Ben stood there. "What is it?" He asked. I pulled him in with me. "It's a human dryer." I laughed. We stood in it forever. We were finally dry. "We need to go and redo your bandage." I looked at the boy's head. He nods. We walked back to the first aid place. I re-wrapped new bandaging around his head. He smiles at me. "We should stay in here for the night." Ben said. I agreed and sat down in a chair next to his. "B-Ben...." I began to speak. "Yeah?" Ben looked over at me. I looked at him, "I love you." I told him. He smiled and stood up. He walked over next to me and kissed me sweetly. "I love you too." He sat back down. It was late and he was tired. I smiled over at the sleepy boy and he smiled back.
